Another day, another batch of leaked phones. This time, we got two on the docket.
White Nexus S
The white iPhone 4 may or may never come. If you like your smartphone drenched in white, you may as well just bite the bullet and make the switch to a Nexus S. It's not exactly all-white, though -- the front and bezel are the same black as the standard model, with only the back getting the snowy hue treatment.
Leak comes courtesy of German tech blog BestBoyz, who report that the handset will be shipping at their home front. No word on release dates and whether it will roll out to the rest of the world.
LG Optimus 3D
We've seen it year after year. Some retailers will inevitably slip up and post a new phone well before a big launch. In this case, the launch will likely happen at Mobile World Congress, with the phone being the LG Optimus 3D. Yep, 3D.
Retail site The Phone House was responsible for the leak, which they've since pulled. Other than the name and a shot of the Optimus One (yep, no real pictures were outed), no specs made it to the live page, so we really don't know that much about the new device. Given that it's likely going to be the first smartphone with a stereoscopic display, though, that's all the sauce the blogosphere needs to send folks a-buzzin'.
Do note that during CES, LG's James Choi actually piped, “3D mobile display is one technology that isn’t 3-5 years down the road… You’ll be very surprised, shortly, of an actual working 3D device from LG.” We guess this is it.
