Newest navigation device by Magellan

Magellan has announced that its newest navigation device for travelers is now available to purchase. The device is called the Magellan RoadMate 5175-LM. This is the first RoadMate GPS from Magellan with integrated WiFi. The device also has a slew of other cool features. Moreover, the price isn’t too bad either.

The GPS device has a 5-inch high-resolution touchscreen and is perfect for people that are looking to do day trips and navigate wherever they may want to go. The device will work in portrait or landscape modes and the screen has VGA resolution. The WiFi capability allows the GPS device to download map updates from wherever they may be.

The GPS device sells for $299 and that includes lifetime map updates. It also has a TourDirector service built in for travelers that allows you to plan stops at attractions and places to eat along your route. The database has 6 million points of interest along its path and has ratings and more from AAA TourBook.
