MetroPCS’ Samsung R910 LTE Smartphone Strike FCC, Should be Unveiled soon

One month ago, first spotted in a hands-on-photo, the LTE-enabled Samsung SCH-R910 has just passed the FCC.

As adapted, this means that the device can now be launched in the US-where MetroPCS will sell it.

R910 is a touch screen Android Smartphone with a WVGA display, 5MP camera, Wi-Fi, and a 1GHz processor. After the Samsung craft which was introduced last year, it will likely be MetroPCS’ second LTE handset.

However, it’s still not clear that if the R910 and the Samsung Forte 4G is one and the same device. I assume they are and, if that’s the case, the handset hides a full QWERTY keyboard under the display, and could be launched on February 11 across MetroPCS’ 4G markets. We’ll keep you posted.
