Sprint has officially announced its first 3D smartphone in the HTC EVO 3D. The phone will feature a 4.3 inch 960×540 resolution 3D display along with a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon dual-core processor, dual 5.0 megapixel cameras for 3D imaging, 1080p video capture and 720p 3D video capture, microSDHC slot, Bluetooth, 1.3 megapixel front facing camera for video calls, Android Gingerbread with HTC Sense and WiMax radio with support for up to 8 devices in hotspot mode. Pricing will be revealed closer to launch.
