NEC has a bunch of display products in its line up including a bunch of LCD displays and other things. The company has added a new LCD to its line of offerings called the MultiSync EX231Wp. This screen is a desktop offering with 23-inches of space that is thin and lightweight and might be the perfect screen for workers on the go a lot that have to set up displays at trade shows or just want a thin screen for their desk.
The display is LED backlit to save power and has full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution. It consumes 27W of power when in use and has DisplayPort and DVI inputs. It also has a USB port and a fully adjustable stand with 110mm of height adjust, tilt, swivel, and pivot.
The display also has touch sensitive controls on the screen, and ambient light sensor, and a sensor to tell if someone is in front of the screen again. The display has a 14.6mm bezel and is only 14.2mm thick and 9.3 pounds. You can get an optional carry case and photo frame stand. The EX231Wp will ship in July for $319.
