Verizon HTC Thunderbolt Get some Software Upgrades

HTC Thunderbolt is seen as a crowd favorite when it came out from Verizon the first time. While everyone else thought that they are more than content with the current features and services, enduring random booting and other bugs, Verizon presents a wonderful surprise to Thunderbolt owners announcing that there are new software updates for customers to enjoy their HTC phone even more while fixing bugs at the same time.

According to a Verizon Insider, the latest update will be ready for download on June 30. However, this is more than just a fix, but even including nice additions like an updated Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread, Skype video functionality, gTalk video compatibility, a Sense 2.1, and an Amazon Appstore. While these shots may not really confirm if the updates will be real or fake, many are hoping that it could all be true. After all, even just fixes are more than satisfying enough, how much more of a better OS.
