RCA is a brand that has been offering TVs and other electronics for years. The firm has unveiled a new line of portable mobile TV products that includes four different offerings. Three of them are portable TVs and one is a TV tuner for use in cars.
All four of the offerings can pick up both Mobile TV format signals and standard digital TV signals. The first is a 3.5? DMT335R TV with LED backlighting selling for $119. It is powered by AA batteries that are rechargeable and last for four hours of watching. The DMT336R is another 3.5? offering that is priced at $159 and has a widescreen LED backlit screen, FM radio, rechargeable battery, and AC power option.
The final portable TV is a 7-inch unit with a price of $179 and 800 x 480 resolution. It has a 500:1 contrast ratio and can run from a rechargeable battery pack or AC power. The DMT3BR is a TV tuner only that is designed to connect to a car infotainment system. It is about the size of a deck of cards and sells for $129.
