Royal Wedding iPad App By The Sun

With all the hype and anticipation surrounding the Royal Wedding tomorrow between William & Kate, The Sun has decided to celebrate the occasion by publishing a special edition of their tabloid newspaper for the iPad.

The special iPad edition of The Sun will contain must-see photos and up-to-date news of the Royal Wedding. The ePaper will be available from around 4pm onwards on Friday afternoon via The Sun’s popular iPad app. iPad users can download the paper in the normal way but in order to make room for the wedding edition in their app’s library, they MUST delete Friday morning’s edition first.

Here are the 3 easy steps you need to follow to get you special Royal Wedding iPad edition of The Sun: STEP 1 – If you have already downloaded Friday morning’s paper, you need to go into the library section and touch and hold on Friday’s edition in order to bring up the X button. STEP 2 – Touch X button, which will bring up the delete prompt and confirm you wish to delete. STEP 3 – Close the app and then reopen in order to reactivate the normal download process and ‘hey presto’ the Royal edition should be available – please note that this will be available from 4pm onwards.

So if you own an iPad and have not tried ‘The Sun’ iPad app, then why not give it a go now, just in time for the special wedding edition. There is no initial cost for the app, as it is free for the first 30 days – after which you can decide whether to renew your access at 4.99 for a further 30 days. For the full list of what The Sun app offers, check out the paper’s site here.

To sample the app simply go to the App Store and search for ‘The Sun’ and join thousands of iPad owners who already choose to read The Sun on a daily basis via their Apple iPad. If you have already downloaded The Sun app to you iPad, please let us know your thoughts on this iOs app.
