Motorola Mobility and TIM Launch Exclusive White Version of MOTOKEY Mini EX108
Motorola Industrial Ltd. and TIM unveil an exclusive white version of Motorola MOTOKEY Mini EX108TM in Brazil. With its QWERTY keyboard, the device is ideal for users whose priority is messaging and emails.

The handset
With its candy bar format and exclusive white finish, Motorola MOTOKEY Mini EX108 is strong on messaging. Its QWERTY keyboard and Easy E-Mail Setup feature make messaging and emails a cinch. For social network aficionados, Motorola MOTOKEY Mini EX108 offers rapid access to Twitter, Facebook, Orkut and Myspace, all pre-loaded on the handset.
Motorola MOTOKEY Mini EX108’s multimedia experience is completed by the device’s 2-inch display; music player and FM radio with RDS; sound recorder; 2-megapixel digital camera with video recording,playback and image editor; and microSD slot, with a 2GB card and expandable to 32GB.
Motorola MOTOKEY Mini EX108 also comes with Threaded View, which groups and shows message records on the same screen. Another feature of Motorola MOTOKEY Mini EX108 is FM Recording, enabling the user to record a song playing on the radio. The new handset also offers data transmission via carriers’ Edge networks. Motorola MOTOKEY Mini EX108 kit comes with a micro-USB card and 3.5mm headset to complete the user experience.
Price and Availability
The device will be available at TIM stores starting this week. In the pay- as-you-go plan, the handset costs R$ 252, payable in up to three interest-free installments. To make the most of its design and functions with easy messaging, Infinity Pr customers have the Infinity Torpedo plan with its unprecedented offer of unlimited SMS messages for only R$ 0.50 a day, paid only when the service is used. With the Infinity Web plan, users can also enjoy unlimited internet access for the same price – R$ 0.50 a day – again paid only when the service is used.
Consumers opting for the TIM Liberty postpaid plan– which offers unlimited local and long distance calls (using the 41 code) to other TIM numbers – will pay R$ 60 a month for one year, including the cost of the plan and the installment on the handset (R$ 21). They will also be able to surf the Web with Liberty Web Smart, offering unlimited access for R$ 29.90, paid only in the months when the service is used.
